To apply for a position as an undegraduate research assistant with The Speech Communication Group, please send an email to

  4. Year in undergraduate program
  5. NU School and major
  6. Please list any Linguistics classes you have taken.  For each class list the quarter, year, instructor's name and your final grade in the course.
  7. Please list any other relevant courses you have taken.
  8. Please describe any relevant work experience.
  9. Is there any current research project in The Speech Communication Group that you are particularly interested in?
  10. Are you work/study eligible? (This is not a requirement for work with our group.)
  11. Are you interested in eventually doing an honor's thesis or some other independent research project?  (This is not a requirement for work with our group.)
  12. Is there any other information that you'd like us to know?
